SHIFT + F9 does not fix issue, sync errors still show up after F9 command In OneNote 2013, pages show up with data, but the timestamp doesn’t show a date, just a timeįollowing the troubleshooting guides, created new page, copied data, new pages show in OneNote 2016, deleted ‘unavailable ‘page in in 2016, but sync issues still present on the 2016 OneNote clients. New pages created with ON2013 show up correct in ON2016 In OneNote 2013, pages in question sync fine. In OneNote 2016, pages show as “Not available” with a Red X

1017, on premisesĮrror 0圎0000B76 shows up for 3 notebooks SharePoint Server 2013 (physical server) running version. Issues showed up after we introduced (upgraded clients) to Outlook 2016 ProPlus via Office 365 Upgrade (From various OEM/REtail Versions of Office 2013)

Corporate environment, 200 + users, just migrated to Office 365,īut OneNote files are still located on premises SP 2013, so this issue falls out of the O365 support scope. The Office365/OneNote/Office2016 forum mods suggested I cross post this question here regarding OneNote 2016 sync issues with existing On Premises SharePoint 2013 / OneNote 2013 notebooks.
